Power to the People: Power over to Power Within

Terri walks the talk of shifting people from “power over” to “power within”.  When she speaks people listen, because those in the know realize that effective leaders create other leaders. Terri served as the Mayor of Webster Groves, Missouri; she was the Executive Director of the Webster Groves/Shrewsbury Area Chamber of Commerce. She also served as “Citi­zens Advocate” for St. Louis County government. Terri is an expert in leadership, emotional intelligence, customer service, and communication.


Session Description: Shifting from the traditional ways of solving problems through the use of control, manipulation, and force do not work in the long term; only by utilizing collaboration, consensus, and communication can we move forward in healthy and sustainable ways in our businesses and communities.
