Marcus Strauther

Marcus is the CEO & Creative Brain of Brainstorm Media Group (BMG). As BMG, his partial client list includes CW Network, SOHO Restaurant & Lounge, National Association of Black Engineers, St. Louis County Health Department, National African American Tourism Commission, Washington University, The Dwayne Bowe Foundation (KC Chiefs) , Hennessey Black, Emerson YMCA, St. Louis Board of Elections, Friendly Temple and many more… With more than 12 years of design and consulting experience, Marcus and the BMG team work with clients to create full-scale brands across media. This includes brand consulting, identity design, packaging, print collateral, marketing, web design and development, environment design and interior consulting.

Chris Kuban 

Chris Kuban is the founder and managing consultant of Chemistry Multimedia. With over 20 years experience and a masters in Media Relations, Chris Kuban started Chemistry Multimedia as an effort to effectively formulate corporate and non-profit brands across the country. In doing so, he has become an expert in Media Relations, Event Management, Social Media implementation and video production.  He engages, coordinates and oversees a diverse team of local and national suppliers, vendors, employees, and consultants, which have allowed him to effectively coordinate over 120 national events focusing on overall logistics, media relations, and his clients expected ROI.


William Matthews

Will Matthews is the owner of Guardian Training Systems LLC, a Police Officer, a Fire-Fighter,  an Emergency Medical Technician, and the Executive of Protection for Allied Intelligence LLC. Matthews served in the United States Air Force from 2004 to 2012 where he supported Operation Iraqi Freedom, is a certified Krav Maga Self-Defense instructor and currently holds certifications from the NRA, FEMA, and the International Fire-Fighter Association. Matthews has dedicated his life not only to protect others but teaching individuals how to react calmly and rationally in a crisis and utilize smart self-defense techniques when necessary.  His gym, Guardian Training Systems, offers safety, firearm, first aid, and fitness training for professionals in a variety of industries. Because of the nature of his work, Matthews continuously works to stay updated on the most effective defense tactics. Matthews’ extensive professional background makes him uniquely qualified to provide insight in the areas of self-defense and crisis management.

Sean Wesley 

Sean Wesley has worked in Event Security for thirty years. He began his training as a bodyguard with UFC Veteran & WFA Middle Weight Champion, Jermain Andre and became a Private Security Officer in 2003. Sean has worked as the Operational Supervisor with Semper Blue Professional Services @ Ballpark Village since 2015. He has over 10 years of experience as the Supervisor of Security for The BackStoppers’ Guns ‘N Hoses fundraising event.  He has also worked with Cool Fire Media as Security Management for their Special Events. Most recently, Sean has worked as Private Security Manager and Operations Supervisor for various venues in Ball Park Village. His years in Security Management give Sean insight into the best practices for event management before, during, and after an unexpected crisis or danger arises in both large and small-scale events.
