Gov. Mike Parson Restores $8.6 Million Tourism Budget Cuts Made in Previous Year

The Missouri Travel Alliance (MTA) issued a legislative update about the status of the state and tourism budget.  Gov. Mike Parson, who blocked $450 million in state funding due to the economic consequences of COVID-19, was able to release $27 million for state funding and restored $8.6 million for tourism due to the improved conditions.  No additional information has been released on this subject matter.
