This boutique hotel offers three meeting and event spaces for industry conferences and presentations. All the corporate gathering spaces have varying sizes to accommodate different meeting and event layouts.

The Vandivort Ballroom is a 2,800 square-foot, adaptable space that can seat up to 160 guests. It is located on the top level of the hotel, and it overlooks downtown Springfield and Walnut Street. This space is ideal for large business gatherings, from industry conferences to seminars.

The Cornerstone Room is an 850 square-foot meeting and presentation room that accommodates 30 people in U-shaped conference layout and 75 people for a reception. This space is equipped with audio/visual and is located on the first level of the hotel.

The Pillar Room is 250 square-feet and seats up to 16 attendees. This replicates the classic boardroom but transforms it into an intimate, stylistically-designed space. It is equipped with audio/visual and is suitable for small presentations, board meetings, and private lunches.
