Terri Williams has launched a new series of workshops and speaker topics to help government entities manage their personnel and train the new generation of leaders. MoonStone is a dynamic, community-focused organization and is headed by Williams. After serving as the mayor of Webster Groves, Missouri, Williams was the executive director of the Webster Groves/ Shrewsbury Area Chamber of Commerce for four years. She was then appointed “Citizens Advocate” for St. Louis County government. Williams is an expert in leadership, emotional intelligence, customer service, and communication and worked as a human systems consultant and trainer with Lifework Systems. Williams received both a BA in Philosophy and an MA in International Relations from Webster University, where she was honored to receive the Distinguished Alumni Award.
