Terri Williams is the former mayor of Webster Groves, MO. She served as the Executive Director of the Webster Groves/Shrewsbury Area Chamber of Commerce. She also was appointed Citizens Advocate for St. Louis County Government. She is a dynamic community focused speaker who specializes in a topic that is near and dear to her heart: “Government of the people, for the people, by the people”. She is a passionate advocate for solving local and national problems and challenges through citizen empowerment. Terri believes that shifting people from “power over” to “power within” is the only way we can positively and sustainably transform our communities, our businesses, and our local, state, and national governments.
