Industry Update: RENAISSANCE ST. LOUIS AIRPORT HOTEL OPENS EERO’S RESTAURANT

Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel recently opened a new restaurant named Eero’s. The name might sound familiar – Eero Saarinen was the architect who envisioned the St. Louis Arch. The restaurant brings the various unique elements of St. Louis together in one room and invites guests to engage with their surroundings.
Eero’s offers St. Louis culinary traditions such as Missouri trout, a field green salad topped with Missouri pecans and, of course, toasted ravioli – or as the locals
say “T-rav’s”! Complementing the St. Louis-focused menu are several locally sourced beverage options including coffee from Kaldi’s and craft beer from 4 Hands Brewing.
