Cody Hawken has been named the new executive meetings manager at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri.
Hawken, whose father and grandmother both worked at the Lodge of Four Seasons as well, came to the Lodge in 2014 as a member of the banquet setup staff. In 2015 he moved to a setup supervisor position, followed by the AV manager position in 2016. During this time, Hawken has also been working toward obtaining his associate’s degree in computer programming.
“Cody has proven himself over the last three years,” says Frederik Houben, director of sales and marketing at The Lodge of Four Seasons. “His attention to details, his customer service approach as well as his ability to upsell our guests with audio visual equipment, make him the perfect fit to continue his growth in the sales arena.”
A longtime resident of the Lake of the Ozarks area, Hawken says he prides himself on taking care of guests as if the Lodge were his own home.
